Can we talk about how GOOD people are for a minute?
Because apparently, I have found 59 reasons to believe kindness is alive and well! AND about 10 more who pledged to sponsor!
All of these are because someone decided to care.
Watching this campaign grow has blessed my heart in ways I never expected.
If you have donated, shared, and cheered us on, THANK YOU!
And if YOU'D like to be part of it, $20 sponsors one senior. Just message me or Richard Mattice.

Hey! Don’t hire a Temu contractor.
You ordered a professional, but got the “some assembly required” special.

Now we gotta fix your mess.

Wishing you a birthday full of laughs, big wins, and just the right amount of risk! 🥳 Hope this next year is your best one yet, Sam! 🎈🎉

Happy Birthday from all of us! We love you!!!

WARM FEET & HAPPY HEARTS
A Giving Season Christmas Project
Dear Potential Sponsor,
This Christmas, we want to do something a little different; something simple that can bring warmth, comfort, and a little Christmas joy to seniors in our local care facilities.
We are teaming up to create Warm Feet & Happy Hearts Christmas gifts for local seniors.
Each sponsored gift is $20 each unit and will include:
A cozy pair of fuzzy socks
Mary Kay® Mint Bliss™ Energizing Lotion for Feet & Legs
Sugar free candies
Beautifully packaged and delivered with Christmas love
What makes this project especially meaningful is that your sponsorship does two wonderful things at once: it helps us brighten Christmas for a senior in our community while also supporting a local small business.
Our goal is simple: fill as many Christmas gift bags as we possibly can. AND WE AS IN R3 CONSTRUCTION AND MYSELF have a goal of 100 gift packages to give out!
As of to date we have already 20 units sponsored by two really talented real estate agents! R3 Construction will match every one that is donated!
You can sponsor one gift, several gifts, involve your entire business, or even challenge another local business to join you.
We will even include your business card in each packaged gift. Every sponsorship helps us reach one more senior and remind them that someone in their community is thinking of them this Christmas.
We would be honored to have you be a part of Warm Feet & Happy Hearts and help us make Giving Season truly mean something this year.
With heartfelt appreciation,
Faith Mattice

Some of you have been customers of R3 Construction for a long time, and I appreciate every one of you who has supported my business over the years. I value the relationships I have built with all of you. Now I am asking you to do me a favor and support my beautiful wife, Faith Mattice.
She has built her very own Mary Kay business and, if you know Faith, you already know she does not do anything halfway. She works hard at it, loves her customers, and I am pretty proud of what she is building. She does all of this while pouring into some incredible people who are agents with Keller Williams. She talks about each of them like they are her family to protect. She shares their wins and their struggles and prays so hard over them. She does the same with her beauty clients. I am blessed to be the husband of someone that loves so much and gives of herself, asking nothing in return.

So, no more sappiness...... ladies... and fellas.... go follow her and join her VIP page. And feel free to invite somebody who might enjoy what she does. She has supported me and my business for years, and now I would love to see some of my longtime customers show up for hers.
AND, apparently, the more successful she gets, the more Mary Kay products I get volunteered to test on Facebook.... so there's that.
-Rick
