The ixoras out front were half dead and the beds had gone flat — and the front walk is the first thing anyone walking up actually looks at.

Trimmed, trenched, fresh mulch, and the dying ixoras came out for mammy crotons. One Saturday.

Nobody notices the edge. They just notice that it looks right. 🐿️

Trim the hedge and most people call it done. But if the bed still bleeds into the grass, the whole thing still reads overgrown — that’s the part that gets skipped on half the yards in Lakewood Ranch.

Cut a clean edge, drop fresh mulch, and the same plants suddenly look like someone meant it. 🌿

The reset’s done here. We’re keeping it this way now.

Four weekends of “I’ll get to it next week,” and the squirrels were losing nuts in it. 🐿️

Nobody plans to let it get here. It rains ten days straight, you travel once, and a Sarasota yard in August turns a mow into a project.

One cut, hauled off, back to a lawn. We’re on it weekly now, so it doesn’t get a second chance.

This one got a little nuts. 🐿️

The palms were shaggy, the beds were buried, and the whole property needed a proper reset. We cut it back, cleaned it out, refreshed the mulch, and gave the landscaping room to breathe again.

Now that the heavy lifting is done, we’ll be keeping it this way with ongoing maintenance.

Last week, a client texted me after a tree came down at his elderly neighbor’s house and asked if I could help.

Cut it up, hauled it out, and cleared the driveway.

Wasn’t on the schedule that day, but we got it handled. 🐿️

These are the best jobs.
