Croft-Hall Residential Design Mark E. Miller, Owner/Designer has been drawing and designing since the age of 10. Working in small firms accelerated his experience and knowledge.

The family not having the means for a college degree, Mark started his career as a draftsman. Croft-Hall Residential Design is full service Residential Design firm. Owner/Designer Mark E. Miller has over 42 years of experience. Starting his career as a Draftsman, his skills, knowledge, and creativity were developed from the mentor-ship of a select group of Denver Architects over 18 years of hands

on, real world work and experience. His desire to work in Architecture and Construction began as a 10 year old boy with the gift of a book on the subject from his father, Mark's first love is Drawing, pencil and paper, line by line until a plan comes into focus, and a really marvelous process begins. Residential Design is a "Real World Art" that brings each clients needs, wants, dreams and desires to life. It is a great way to make a living.

My very first Custom Home, I was drawing as they were building. The client fired the first 2 designers, I was working as a draftsman for the second. I was doing all the work, when he could not explain what was drawn they asked who was "really" doing the work? Knute he admitted it was me. I think he was relieved to hand it over. I had so much fun creating a 12,000 s.f. St Louis style English home. Doing framing, plans, elevations, everything from brick details to stone fireplaces, everything!
