One of the most rewarding parts of this work is earning a customer's trust over time.
Several years ago, we had the opportunity to work on Edwin Roark's personal home in Central Texas. The project included replacing his full metal roof, adding spray foam insulation, painting the entire exterior, and building a new patio. Through that experience, we built a relationship grounded in communication, craftsmanship, and follow-through.
When Lighthouse Pentecostal Church in Geronimo later suffered wind damage, Edwin reached out to us again β this time on behalf of his church. We documented the storm damage thoroughly, identified the full scope of repairs needed, and ensured our assessment reflected what it would take to properly restore the property to pre-loss condition in accordance with applicable building codes and manufacturer standards.
For us, this story isn't just about roofing β it's about trust. Edwin first trusted us with his own home, then trusted us to help serve his church community. That's a responsibility we don't take lightly.
We're grateful for customers like Edwin and for the opportunity to help homeowners, churches, and businesses across Central Texas recover and rebuild after storm damage.
