Join us in congratulating Rachel on her promotion to Chief Operating Officer (COO) !

Rachel’s leadership is rooted in what matters most, people. She’s passionate about building real connections across our team and helping individuals and departments operate at their full potential. Being part of an organization that continues to grow and build on a strong legacy is something she finds incredibly rewarding, and it shows in the way she leads every day.

What she loves most about the industry is the process. Watching a project come to life, from a set of plans to a finished product, highlights the coordination, detail, and teamwork it takes to create something bigger than any one person. It’s that visible impact that fuels her pride in the work we do.

Outside of CCE, Rachel’s time is centered around her family. Whether she’s at the lake, on vacation, or running between activities and sports with her husband Ryan and their two kids, Adelyn and Braxton, that time together is what she values most.

We’re proud to see Rachel step into this role and continue shaping the future of CCE.
