Breaking ground in Kansas later this month!

Johnson-Betts Meadows, a new 176-unit affordable housing community in southeast Topeka, is one step closer to becoming a reality. This project marks our first-ever groundbreaking in Kansas, making it an exciting milestone for our team as we continue to expand our mission of creating quality, affordable housing communities.

We’re proud to partner with local leaders and stakeholders to bring this transformational development to Topeka and expand access to affordable housing for families in the region.

We look forward to celebrating the groundbreaking later this month and watching this vision come to life.

This week, we celebrated the groundbreaking of the Chambers Court Redevelopment alongside residents, community leaders, elected officials, and project partners who have helped bring this vision to life.

This project represents far more than new housing - it is an investment in North Omaha's future. Through the preservation of historic Chambers Court, the addition of new affordable housing, and future investments throughout the corridor, we are creating opportunities for families while honoring the legacy of Senator Ernie Chambers and the community he championed.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate this milestone and to the many partners who have worked tirelessly to make this project possible. We are excited to begin construction and look forward to sharing updates as Chambers Court takes shape over the coming years.

Last week, we officially broke ground on The River District in Fort Dodge - and with it, celebrated Hoppe’s very first groundbreaking in the state of Iowa.

We are so grateful for the incredible support from community members, city leaders, project partners, and everyone who came out to celebrate this milestone with us. It was amazing to see so much excitement surrounding this project and what it will mean for Fort Dodge.

We’re proud to continue growing in Iowa and can’t wait to see The River District come to life!
