Have you ever opened the green lid on a valve box in your yard and wondered what the heck was going on inside? Well, wonder no more! Here you can see a before and after as our sprinkler installation crew is putting together a valve box.
What started as a mess of poly pipes just jutting out of the dirt is tamed into a neat and orderly collection of valves. Each one of those blue poly pipes feeds a singular zone in the yard. The black valves are wired directly to the clock and they open and close when the clock tells each zone to run during its programmed schedule.
This is why when your system runs, the whole yard doesn't water at once, but runs zone by zone. How many zones you have in your system is determined by your water pressure coming out of the house and the square footage of your yard.
In addition to installing systems, we also offer sprinkler repairs, done by our trained, full time, repair technician. If you're experiencing issues with your sprinkler system, or you're tired of hauling out a hose to water your grass in the summer, give us a call for a quote today!
