Visited a home we rocked a decade ago. Hanging drywall above the clouds( standing on the cloud) was a little scary 😨

50s? Super cheap, no studs in the interior walls, only at doors, for trim. All just glued drywall with a board at the top and bottom. The top layer of drywall has been removed in the picture. We added studs. They are all over Lincoln. Had brick on the outside, for context.

Homeowner extra special,
Remove and replace all taping, lots of sanding(grinding) in preparation, remove and replace 70% of fasteners. 1/3rd were missing, most were set wrong and all were way too long.
It looks great now, sorry I forgot to take a picture 😔.

From here to there. Rebuilt the round wall behind the new steel trim, smoothed the ceilings on the landing and each step..
