"Now specializing" in home subfloor restoration damage due to animal urine. If you have a home that you cannot get the odor out call us. We start off with a UV black light in a darkened room, this UV light illuminates the salt crystals in the carpet/floor. Depending on the damage we first start with a professional enzyme treatment for 48hrs, followed by using a oil base sealer and shellac sealer. In server cases we may use this 2 to 3 times until odor is gone, followed by placing a ozone generator in the room for any smells, leaving your home with the new smell....

Overtime this bad design drainage was starting to wash out parts of this parking lot. Tour up a 20x20 section, filled void and packed crashed limstone for a solid subgrade. Reinforced with steel mesh with L4000 concrete. This is as solid as it gets. Oh ya, someone moved my cones and drove on it🙄

Due to water in the basement, we removed the old window well and installed a taller one. We raised the grade around the home and cut the grade lower between the two homes for proper drainage. Problem fixed!
