Last week, our office team and estimators were treated to a project tour of the 47th and Telluride Park in Denver’s Gateway neighborhood. Construction on this 13-acre park began earlier this year and will include a playground, community garden, multi-use lawn, picnic pavilion, basketball court, interactive water features, and landscaping improvements.

Our team celebrated another project completion with the grand opening of Civic Center Park in Bennett this morning! Civic Center Park features two new baseball fields, an interactive playground, splash pad, restroom and concessions building, parking lot, Musco field lighting, walking trails and ample landscaping. This new gathering space will be a tremendous asset to the Bennett community, and ECI is proud to be a part of it.

Aerostat Park is officially open! 🎉 We celebrated the ribbon cutting of Aerostat Park, formerly known as Center Park in downtown Westminster, on Saturday with music, ice cream, vendors and games.

This new community gem pays tribute to the old Westminster Mall with several hot air balloon design features and offers plenty of space to gather and relax. With kids’ climbing and play areas, a dog park, seating areas, splash pad, and picnic areas, Aerostat Park will provide incredible value for the residents of Westminster.

Last weekend, our project at Lutheran High School reached an impressive milestone with the installation of its enormous pedestrian bridge. Thank you to Colorado Photography for capturing this highlight.

The finished project will enhance the Lutheran High School community with new synthetic turf softball and baseball fields, batting cages, and a concession and restroom building. We look forward to sharing more updates in the future!
