This week: Peyton Ahart, owner of AMP Industrial Solutions.

Peyton's path to ownership wasn't conventional — it was built on hands-on trade experience as a mechanic, millwright, wood framer, and more. That foundation gives him a level of insight into construction and installation that comes only from having done the work firsthand, not just managed it.

That experience directly shapes how AMP operates today: anticipating challenges before they surface, solving problems efficiently, and holding every project to a standard of quality built on real, practical expertise. AMP was built from the ground up on that foundation, and Peyton continues to drive that same standard forward.

Meet the Team 👋

This week, we're introducing Amanda Ahart, our Business Operations Manager here at AMP Industrial Solutions.

Amanda wears a lot of hats — overseeing finance and HR for the company, while also supporting our marketing efforts. Her range keeps AMP running efficiently and our team well supported at every level. Simply put, this place wouldn't function without her.

Outside of work, Amanda values time with family above all else. She enjoys dinners with friends, and traveling and making memories with loved ones.

We're glad to have Amanda on the AMP team and appreciate everything she does for our customers, our company, and each of us individually.
