Project Highlight | Chestnut Street — Manchester, NH

Downtown Manchester. Large-scale, technically demanding, and not without its complications. Over the course of a two-year project, the OMI team navigated mid-project complexity, secured a notable approval from the local gas utility that reduced scope and delivered savings, and finished on budget with a satisfied customer.

Strong work by PM Mike A, field installers Mike B, Clay, and Rick, and to every member of the OMI crew who put time into this one. We're proud of how it came together, and proud to have built our relationship with PC Construction in the process.

The crew in the warehouse doesn't always get the credit, but the field doesn't run without them.

Receiving materials. Tracking inventory. Getting tools fixed and back in rotation. Fabricating parts. Coordinating deliveries. Keeping everything moving so our field crews have what they need, when they need it.
