40 years ago today, I started up this business venture. Had little working capital, but had some knowledge and alot of desire to serve my hometown area. Understanding and supportive parents made it possible. It's been a roller coaster ride for sure. I'd like to thank my family, friends, and tremendous customers I've had over the years. Special shout out to Kim Robertson for being my biggest supporter.I'm fortunate now to have some really good help that allow me to delegate a large portion of the hard work. I hope to continue serving eastern NC as a full service electrical contractor and factory authorized Generac dealer!

Mike and Jay making final connections on aerial cable for Christmas lighting in Roxobel, NC. 2000' of aerial installed across 14 poles. Guys ran the 2000 ft of cable in one day! Great job! Lights to be mounted and tested and should be finished up by lunchtime. To all the area doubters who said they'd never have Christmas lights this year, well we fooled you. Special thanks to Mayor Gary Johnson, town commissioners, and Shirl Minton, town clerk.

Parking lot lighting LED retrofit at Three Rivers Health & Rehab in Windsor. NC. Special shootout to Scott Jernigan (yes, there's another one 😄) VP of Greentech Solutions in Raleigh, NC with help in getting retrofit lighting package together for us and delivering us a great quality and super efficient product. 200 watt LED fixtures produce alot more lumen output than the old 400 watt HID fixtures, and use 50% less power and have estimated life of 50,000 + hours!
