I had a customer call with a water leak in the laundry room, he disconnected the washing machine and thought it was coming from it (NOT) it ended up being pin holes in the Copper drain line for the water heater relief valve . The valve was going bad and when it would blow off the excessive water it would run through the pipe like it supposed to and then pour out the pin holes in the wall causing a stream of water. We cut out the drywall to search for the section and discovered this . Type (L) copper pipe is a thinner walled pipe and is known for issues like this from high acidic water ph and heavy minerals in the water . We cut out and replaced the pipe and changed out the relief valve and set the T Stats to a safe temp range for now and will monitor it for the next fee days before we re install the Sheetrock .

Out with the old crooked sagging gates and in with the new . I use 4x6 post for my gates it helps support the gate weight when it's open . Thanks to Mr & Mrs Bonner for the opportunity to do business with y'all .
