# # # 🚧 CURRENT OPEN POSITIONS
**👷 Construction Superintendent / Crew Leader**
💰 $78,000–$86,000 per year + Bonuses
Must have experience managing underground utility projects, coordinating crews, scheduling jobs, and keeping projects moving efficiently.
**🚜 Excavator / Heavy Equipment Operator**
💰 $35.00–$40.00 per hour
Must have experience operating excavators and other heavy equipment, particularly with underground sewer, water, and septic installations. **Class A CDL required.**
**🚛 Septic Pumper / Vacuum Truck Operator**
💰 $30.00–$40.00 per hour
Experience operating vacuum trucks, pumping septic tanks, maintaining equipment, and working directly with customers. **Class B CDL with Tanker Endorsement required.**
**🔧 Septic System Installer**
💰 $32.00–$36.00 per hour
Must have experience installing conventional and advanced septic systems, including tanks, drain fields, and treatment systems. Equipment operation experience is a plus.
**👷♂️ Sewer & Water Laborer**
💰 $28.00–$36.00 per hour
Looking for someone with underground utility experience who understands excavation, pipe installation, trench safety, and general sewer and water construction.
**⚙️ Septic Maintenance Technician**
💰 $28.00–$36.00 per hour + Sales Commission
Experience inspecting, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing septic systems, including aerobic treatment systems, pumps, floats, and electrical controls.
**🛠️ Sewer Service Technician**
💰 $24.00–$28.00 per hour + Sales Commission
Must have experience with sewer cameras, drain cleaning equipment, hydro jetting, troubleshooting sewer issues, and working with customers.
**📞 Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher**
💰 $20.00–$28.00 per hour
We're looking for someone who can help keep our office running smoothly. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling and dispatching crews, entering invoices, assisting customers, maintaining records, and handling other day-to-day office needs. Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
**📋 All positions require a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.**
