💵 $25 to $27 per hour depending upon experience
🌴 Paid time off
🚚 Full time, year round work in the Keys

What we need:
✅ Bilingual, English and Spanish
✅ Valid driver's license
✅ Landscaping experience
✅ Someone who can lead a crew and gets results
✅ Strong attention to detail

How many climbers can you spot?

This morning we trimmed the coconut palms at a large entertainment venue today in Key West. It's a big property, a lot of coconut palms, and we had to be done and fully cleaned up by the time they opened at 11am.

No problem! We got it done in one morning with 4 climbers and as many groundsmen.

We've all seen them. Local group posts with a guy way up in a tree, chainsaw going, no harness or safety gear in sight. We get it, who doesn't want a cheap price. But ask yourself: are they properly insured? Licensed? Do they actually know what they're doing up there?

Here's the part people miss. If one of those guys gets hurt in your yard, or drops a limb through your roof, who's going to pay for it? Without proper insurance, whatever you saved is gone, and then some.

When we say we handle tough job sites, we mean it!

Today the crew came back from lunch to find a saltwater croc sleeping under one of our trucks. He wasn't interested in our work, just trying to stay cool. 🥵
