24 K Gold Leaf Custom Door Engraving ✨

Building biology and building science are fundamental, and there is an artistic component to design as well.

I’m endlessly fascinated by ancient structures and sacred geometry. Symbols of harmony, symmetry, beauty, and coherence.

Dr Robert Gilbert said “sacred geometry is a thought form in the mind of God.”

Perhaps if we surround ourselves with symbols of order and harmony, we will find more of that in our lives.

Every thing is energy ✨
It’s a beautiful world 🌸

Spiral Walking Parks and Healthy Homes

The landscape around our homes and developments is a part of wellness.

🌳 Chemical free lawn care
🌸 Native plants that absorb rainfall
🌺 Pollinators to support the bees
🌀 Sacred geometry to align with the seasons
💖 A rich living biome that nourishes
🪴 Edible landscapes
🧍‍♀️Space to gather in community

Geometry and intention site design can connect us to nature and the larger cycles we’re a part of. Just like ancient cultures did with their temples and earth works.

GeoAlchemy Studio brings this same level of intention to contemporary space.

How does the space around your home contribute to your wellbeing?

Earthen Clay Plaster Walls ✨
Codex Home, Columbus Ohio 🌳

Natural plaster walls buffer indoor humidity. Absorbing humidity through hygroscopic capacity when levels are high, and releasing it when humidity in the air drops.

It’s part of what makes a “breathing wall”. This isn’t about air infiltration and leaks. It’s all about managing moisture and air flow in a healthy way.

Clay plaster is also v***r permeable and dries into the room instead of trapping in moisture.

Clay offers no food source for mold, can absorb some odors and pollutants, adds thermal mass, and can soften a space acoustically ✨

Not to mention it’s non-toxic and absolutely beautiful 🌸

Had a chance to record a tour of my Great Lakes Tiny Homes tiny home with Brian Bear Butler

For the past 6-months I’ve been living tiny home life and absolutely love it. More time in nature, lots of fresh air, great sleep, and Lucy loves it too 🌸

Brian has shot hundreds of tiny homes over the years. We had a chance to talk about what makes a Codex Tiny Home different, and the mission behind our project.

If your chemically sensitive, EMF sensitive, or value clean healthy living, a Codex Tiny Home may be for you!

Why is this home being demolished with workers in Hazmat suits? What have we learned about chemical building products over the years?

Toxic chemicals in building materials have been shown to cause serious health problems. And there is a better way.

Codex homes are a step in a healthier direction. For ourselves and our future 💖

This week I had the chance to have a innerspace conversation with Brett Kaufman. He got me reflecting on my early years, the common threads, and the things that have changed.

From laundry baskets to drum sets, K’NEX to AutoCAD and project teams. Still drumming, still designing, still evolving each and everyday.

I’ve been blessed to cross paths with many wise ones who have loved me up and supported me along the way. Grateful for everyone who has touched my path.

And, like the Beatles said, it’s getting better all the time.

Cheers to the journey, all those who love and support us along the way, and all that’s yet to come.

Blessings ✨💖🔥🎉😍🙏🏽
