Consulting & Project Support

After more than 56 years in construction, development, sustainable building, and project coordination, I am now offering consulting and project management support services for residential and commercial projects throughout Western Pennsylvania and surrounding regions.

Services can include:
* ICF and SIP construction in both commercial and residential
• Sustainable and energy-conscious project planning
• Healthy home and allergy-sensitive construction consulting
• New home and commercial project pre-planning
• Adaptive reuse and redevelopment analysis
• Construction feasibility review
• Owner representation and project oversight
• Contractor coordination and scheduling assistance
• Material and systems evaluation
• Renovation and build-out consulting
• Problem-solving for difficult or unique projects

My background combines decades of hands-on construction experience with real-world knowledge in sustainability, development, zoning, commercial property evaluation, and project management.

Whether you are planning a custom home, commercial build-out, redevelopment project, healthier indoor living environment, or simply need experienced guidance before moving forward, I am available to help evaluate options and assist your team from concept through completion.

Sometimes, the most valuable part of a project is having an experienced set of eyes involved before costly mistakes are made.

Feel free to message me directly to discuss your project or consulting needs.
