When wildlife damages attic insulation, replacement isn't just about putting new material back in place—it's about choosing the right product for your home.

TAP® insulation provides excellent thermal performance and includes a pest control additive that can help control certain insects when installed according to the label.

In this video, Mike explains why it's one of the products we often recommend for attic restoration projects... from a roof top, because apparently standing on the ground was too easy. 😄

Not every home has the same pest problems—so why would every home get the same treatment?

Before we recommend a pest control plan, Everett takes the time to assess the property, identify pest pressures, inspect potential entry points, and understand the homeowner’s concerns.

Some homes struggle with ants.
Others deal with roaches, rodents, spiders, or seasonal pest activity.

The best solutions are built around what your home actually needs—not a one-size-fits-all approach.

That’s why we focus on inspections, prevention, and customized treatment plans designed specifically for your property.

Most people see the finished job.

What they don’t always see is the team behind it.

Whether we’re inspecting roofs, sealing entry points, removing wildlife, or restoring attics, every project takes teamwork.

Caught Daniel, Mike, and Aaron taking a quick break to wave at the camera while working high above the ground today. 👋

We work hard, but we also enjoy what we do—and who we get to do it with.

Thanks for supporting our team and our small business.

When other companies couldn't solve the problem, Matt turned to Florida Wildlife Management.

As an out-of-state property owner, communication was critical. James and the team provided detailed updates, a clear plan of action, and followed through until the rat issue was resolved. Thank you, Matt, for trusting us and sharing your experience!

Sometimes the solution is bigger than setting a trap.

This shed had become heavily infested with rats and was providing ideal shelter, nesting areas, and protection from predators. In situations like this, simply removing the rodents isn't always enough—the environment that allowed the infestation to thrive also needs to be addressed.

In this video, you'll see Aaron and Daniel working to safely dismantle the structure as part of the cleanup process.

Wildlife and pest control isn't always glamorous, but solving the problem the right way often means getting to the root of it.

A special thanks to Gabby for documenting the process and helping show what goes on behind the scenes.

🐿️🐀 Rat or squirrel?

One clue is when you’re hearing the noise.

Squirrels are usually active during the day. Rats are usually active at night.

Of course, there are exceptions—which is why an inspection is the best way to know for sure.

Who knew a tape measure could get this much attention?

One simple team challenge turned into more than 1 million views on Instagram.

Thank you to everyone who watched, commented, shared, and followed along with the FWPM team.

We spend most of our days helping homeowners with wildlife removal, attic inspections, exclusion work, and pest control—but every once in a while it’s fun to show a little of the personality behind the uniforms.

A special thank you to our team members for being good sports and to everyone who supports our small business.

Now let’s see if we can top it.

See that movement? 👀🐀

That's a live rat inside a cast iron plumbing stack.

Rodents can use damaged plumbing systems as hidden pathways throughout a home, which is why simply trapping the animal isn't always enough. Finding the source of the problem is what leads to a long-term solution.

If you're hearing scratching, movement, or other signs of rodent activity, it may be time for an inspection.

🐀 Can rats chew through insulation?

It’s one of the questions we get asked all the time.

The short answer: Yes.

Rats chew constantly to keep their teeth worn down, and insulation is just one of many materials they can damage.

If you’re hearing scratching, running, or chewing sounds overhead, it may be time for an inspection.
