Great review from Ben... "Overall, we were very happy for the repairs that took place at our house by Superior. They showed up on time every day. They also were courteous to us, trying to reduce noise by keeping the repairs under containment in the room they were working on. You can pay them on their company’s portal site that they use which makes transferring the money to them very easy. They also list out in reasonable detail as to what work they were planning on doing and what work they did. They also were available at any time generally for us to call and ask questions and for any help over the phone. They also came back a couple times when we needed them right after the repairs were done just to do a couple touchups on minor things. Overall, we were pleased with how the entire job went. The one recommendation that I would make to their company is that it would be best for them to have someone that can help the average customer to educate them and help them with the products that are needed for the repairs, such as what specific colors and quality of flooring and walls are needed as it appeared to me that their company is probably used to working with customers that know exactly what they want down to the specific items as the color or the grout before starting work. Having someone to guide the average home owner that doesn’t know much about home repairs would be very helpful to that type of person. Overall, this company is a very good quality company, and I would recommend their services to anyone else wanting to have their home remodeled."
