Roof insulation has begun on our home in Grafton! Providing the weather stays with us we should be done with the insulation early next week.

Welcome to our newest home being built in Grafton, MA!

This home is 2,536 sq. ft. Overall dimensions will be 28' X 50', with a 10' X 20' Sunroom a wrap around deck and a cozy 10' X 14' porch off of the Master Bedroom.

Take a look at this great little log home we are building in Bellingham, MA!! This is the "Champlain" from our Cabin Series of plans. This home is a 1 bedroom home with a loft. It is a nice open plan with the Bedroom on the first floor. The homeowner opted to go with conventional rafters and will finish the interior of the ceiling with tongue and groove pine.
