Major progress is happening at the Odd Fellows Building in downtown Midland! Inside, drywall is wrapping up and getting ready for paint, while the hardwood floors are ready for installation. Outside, the classic exterior is getting a wonderful refresh to match the vibrant energy downtown.

We can't wait to share more milestones as this incredible transformation continues.

- Behavioral Health Unit Relocation (Partnering project)

Yesterday, we brought our team and their families together at the Midland Fair for a family-friendly 50th-anniversary celebration! From delicious food and face painting to balloon twisting and special back-to-school gifts for the kids, it was a fantastic day filled with fun for all ages.

At Three Rivers Corporation, More Than Construction means investing in people, strengthening our industry, and helping prepare the next generation of skilled trades professionals.

We’re proud to recognize Travis Arthur for his recent accomplishments with Greater Michigan Construction Academy and the American Welding Society. Travis was one of just 25 welding instructors nationwide selected to attend the AWS Instructor Institute in Miami, where he continued building his knowledge alongside leaders in welding education and industry.

We’re proud to have Travis as part of the Three Rivers team and grateful for the impact he continues to make beyond our jobsites.

Half a century of building success together! Last Thursday, we celebrated our 50th Anniversary with an incredible evening dedicated to the people who make it all happen: our team. From great food and entertainment to fantastic giveaways, it was a night to remember.

Did you know the Mackinac Center for Public Policy was once a F.W. Woolworth? At Three Rivers Corporation, we love taking historic spaces and reimagining them for the future.

For this project, we worked closely with the client to bring their vision of a modern, versatile research and educational institute to life. From the beautiful brick and limestone exterior to the custom-designed conference rooms, this project remains a highlight in our 50-year history.
