Back story to this job started in early July and just now finishing up. Started patching then noticed my work getting moist so checked for leaks and noticed the sink behind the wall was leaking from inside the wall. It wasn’t connected properly, so they had plumbers check it out. This was a big turd 💩. Prime example in why you shouldn’t just treat a patch as just a patch. Reason being it looks simple but when everything is crumbling down as you build, you have to put a little more time, effort, materials and the know how to make it come together and happen. Just need to paint and it is a closed project 😎.
