This sweet family is so deserving of this exciting new chapter, and it was such a joy getting to be part of the journey. There’s nothing better than seeing all the dreaming, planning, and hard work come together on closing day!
And to make it even sweeter… welcome BACK to TEXAS! 🤠❤️ We’re so happy to have y’all back where you belong!
Congratulations, Wright family! Wishing you countless happy memories, lots of laughter, and many wonderful years in your gorgeous new home. 🏡❤️
Sometimes the perfect home isn't already on the market... sometimes you build it!
Mr. and Mrs. Wright were referred to me (thank you Karen Baldwin, Realtor) while searching for a home to purchase. After looking and realizing nothing quite checked all the boxes, they decided to buy land and build with CLM Custom Homes & Construction.
Today, they are the proud owners of a stunning custom home designed exactly the way they wanted it. I was grateful for the opportunity to help refinance their construction loan into permanent financing, allowing them to move into the next chapter of homeownership.
A big thank you to Suzy with Don Roberts Abstract & Title Company for always being wonderful to work with and helping ensure a smooth transaction.
Congratulations to the Wright family! I look forward to seeing the house once everything is unpacked and you're settled into your forever home.
