We are looking for an Operating Foreman to join our excavation team.

W&W Excavating invites skilled and dedicated professionals to apply for the position of Operating Foreman. As the on-the-ground leader of our excavation projects, you'll have the crucial responsibility of overseeing daily task, resource management, and effective communication of project goals and timelines to our teams.

We’re seeking someone with solid hands-on excavation skills, proven leadership experience, and a sharp eye for detail. You should be comfortable reading blueprints, coordinating trades, and jumping in with the crew when needed. Clear communication and problem-solving on the fly.

We offer an excellent starting wage, 1 week paid vacation, incentive plan, safety training and more.
