Another episode of "Why AI is making my job better even though I'm kinda bummed about it!"

Today's project is a 3000 s.f. house in the preliminary stages of design. We are still focusing on the floor plan, but I felt confident enough to develop some elevations to push things forward.

In these early stages, it's important for me to NOT get ahead of myself. Take baby steps. Stay focused on the layout and not the appearance. BUT, I've had clients get really upset about these early images because they don't POP. But I don't want to spend the time to make them POP, yet. It's usually reckless of me to do so.

However, AI is making that a thing of the past.

Workflow:
1. Construction Documents & Modeling: Autodesk Revit
2. Use Google Maps and third party software to download an accurate StreetView 360 of the property.
3. Open project in Chaos Enscape for preliminary visualization and walkthroughs.
4. Open project in Chaos Veras for AI editing and photo-realistic visualization.
5. Input reference images from online plans and develop an ever-changing prompt for exterior images.
6. Hit an absolute home run with the first generated image. (except the owner's don't have a dog.)
7. Download a screenshot of the owner's Facebook profile picture and use it to generate a semi-realistic version of the family on their future front porch!

It's Well Drilling Day!! 40ft down and no limestone yet...

Thanks to BULL WELL DRILLING INC.

I was told to ask about Constant Pressure Wells. Bull was happy to install one, but said our family size and daily routine probably didn't necessitate it. It costs an additional 5k on average. The equipment can be more expensive to replace down the road. And a standard well installation will take care of most people most of the time. What do you think!?
