What a week it’s been so far. Just about got the little job in carlise county roughed in. For such a little simple job it has one of the more complicated grading designs we’ve done lately. Lots of slope work and steps for a walking path to ball fields. Got another crew slamming in some storm sewer for the city and me and another have been moving topsoil and loading trucks all week out of the pit. Summer is here for sure long hours and hot weather days are here for sure. We’ve got a lot going and a lot to wrap up soon with couple big jobs fixing to kick off. Getting alittle job started this wet Tuesday morning. Doing some drainage work for the city of Murray. Making storm sewer great again! We’ve got about 350’ of 12” hdpe and 2 boxes to set. Couple driveways and a street to cross and patch. Making water flow and drain better is good for lots of reasons. City of Murray has lots of storm water improvements needed this is just one of many. We are pleased to announce that we will be doing the new kroger addition in Murray Ky. We will be doing all the sitework storm water and rock and asphalt paving for the new addition. We will be hauling in about 23,000cyd of fill or about 1,400 tri axle loads. Along with 10,000 tons of stone needed for the job. We are gearing up for a long hard summer booked with big work for our crews. Once we get going lots of trucks will be coming in and out of that parking lot so please pay attention. The new addition will be from the existing building going north all the way over to mega gym filling in that low area. We will be building that area up about 9’. We are moving right along with making msu parking lots great again. Old with the old in with the new. Almost done demoing old asphalt and the we will cut to subgrade and get out all the bad soil and bring back in some new stone. Boys are making good progress up here as well as another crew is slamming in some new drainage at fumc in mayfield Ky. Summer is here which means we are busy with a lot of work and a lot of big work fixing to break ground over the next 15-20 days. Cant wait to share some more big news soon about another job that will be kicking off and great for Murray. Anything excavating demolition paving and hauling we got you. 23yrs strong !
