Hi all, I hope everyone has enjoyed this amazing summer we have had! A quick update on the Parker pond project. Things have been moving forward, all interior walls have been built, electrical, plumbing and heating system roughed in, deck and porch have been built and siding is going up. Moving right along!

Happy August to all! I hope everyone has been enjoying this amazing summer! Last minute change in plans this weekend, so I was able to get to kamp and continue working on the tiny house. I installed a repurposed front door and built the farmers porch. I also enjoyed some great music at Lake St George brewing company along with delicious beer and food! An amazing weekend was had!

Up to Kamp and did some more to the tiny house, next the porch and solar!

Hi all! I hope everyone has been enjoying this amazing summer weather! We have been busy on a major remodel on Parker Pond. It started last autumn when the buildings were lifted and a concrete foundation was put underneath each one of them. This process took most of the winter into early spring! Once the buildings were placed on their foundation, we built an addition to square off the main cabin, incorporating an interesting roof line blending new into existing. We then installed an insulated second roof on the addition and rebuilt the existing insulated roof providing a significant improvement in the R value! The building is tight to the weather with most all of the windows installed. The rooms in the basement have been built and the master bedroom suite has been created. Now the heating plumbing and electrical are being installed! Enjoy the photo dump with more to come!

Hi all! I hope everyone has been doing well and enjoying this late spring weather! We have been busy doing a kitchen and living room remodel in Naples. We opened up the space and gave it a new look! The homeowners were very pleased! Off to our next project!

Project Washington Maine AKA Kamp Klein. I purchased a few acres in Washington a few years ago and I have been slowly making it my camp. Last year I had an Amish Shed dropped on site and the spring I have been making it my tiny house. Windows and an outhouse so far. More to come...
