Hay October all! I hope everyone has been enjoying this amazing autumn weather with the foliage providing an amazing display of wonderful colors! Been to Kamp continuing the upgrades! I got the wood stove hooked up a few weeks ago and this weekend I built the roof over the porch I built in August. Things are coming together!

Happy August to all! I hope everyone has been enjoying this amazing summer! Last minute change in plans this weekend, so I was able to get to kamp and continue working on the tiny house. I installed a repurposed front door and built the farmers porch. I also enjoyed some great music at Lake St George brewing company along with delicious b**r and food! An amazing weekend was had!

Hi all! I hope everyone has been enjoying this amazing summer weather! We have been busy on a major remodel on Parker Pond. It started last autumn when the buildings were lifted and a concrete foundation was put underneath each one of them. This process took most of the winter into early spring! Once the buildings were placed on their foundation, we built an addition to square off the main cabin, incorporating an interesting roof line blending new into existing. We then installed an insulated second roof on the addition and rebuilt the existing insulated roof providing a significant improvement in the R value! The building is tight to the weather with most all of the windows installed. The rooms in the basement have been built and the master bedroom suite has been created. Now the heating plumbing and electrical are being installed! Enjoy the photo dump with more to come!
