Every custom home starts with a vision. This one was designed for family, friends, and making memories.
The first thing you notice is the front elevation. The home sits on a stem wall which creates a beautiful front porch and welcoming entrance. Active dormers, cedar accents, and standing seam metal roof details give this home the timeless character we were after.
Step inside and you are greeted by soaring vaulted ceilings with exposed cedar beams and a floor to ceiling stone wood burning fireplace that becomes the centerpiece of the home.
The kitchen was designed for entertaining with a massive island that has plenty of seating for family and guests. Cabinets extend all the way to the ceiling creating a custom built in look while providing plenty of storage.
One of my favorite spaces is the game room. It features a tray ceiling and a glass garage door that opens to the outdoors making it the perfect place to watch football, entertain friends, or simply enjoy a beautiful Florida day.
Then there is the shower. We jokingly nicknamed it The People's Car Wash because of its size. It is a large open walk in shower that gives you plenty of room without feeling confined.
Every detail of this home was carefully thought out to combine great architecture with functionality and the way families actually live.
