Landscape Lighting Upgrade in Newbury Park! 💡⚡️

Out with the old, in with the new! We removed the customer’s outdated, low-voltage landscape lights throughout the front yard and upgraded everything with high-quality, solid brass fixtures backed by a 20-year warranty! 💪

We also installed a brand-new transformer to complete the upgrade. These new lights are built to last and give the front yard a beautiful, upgraded look at night! 🏡✨

Another happy customer here in Newbury Park! On to the next one! ⚡️

Another panel upgrade completed out in Lake Sherwood ⚡️

This one was a little different than usual. A tree came down on the customer’s main power line and ripped out their electrical service, leaving the house without power.

We were able to get out there within a couple of days, replace and repair what was needed, and get everything back up and running again.

While we were there, we also set them up with a backup generator connection so they’ll be prepared for future outages or emergencies.

Every job is a little different, but we’ll figure out what needs to be done and get it taken care of.

On to the next one. ⚡️

Security lighting upgrade in Thousand Oaks! ⚡️

Removed the old exterior lights around the eaves that were falling apart and installed new security lights in the same locations. We also cleaned up and redid the conduit run to bring everything up to code, plus added a new exterior outlet for Christmas lights. 🎄💡

Another clean, safe upgrade for a happy customer!

☀️ Whole House Fan Install in Thousand Oaks!

Just finished installing a whole house fan for a customer here in Thousand Oaks. Everything is hooked up in the attic and running great!

A whole house fan is a great option for helping cool down your home during the summer heat while reducing how much you need to run your A/C, which can help save money on your electric bill.

Another great upgrade to keep your house cooler and more comfortable during those hot summer months. ⚡️

Another main panel upgrade completed out in Thousand Oaks! ⚡️

We removed the old existing panel and installed a brand-new panel in the same location. We also:

⚡️ Reworked the riser and main service feeds
⚡️ Installed all new breakers
⚡️ Added a whole-house surge protector
⚡️ Upgraded the grounding system
⚡️ Verified the existing solar was connected properly
⚡️ Cleaned up and organized all the wiring inside the new panel

Everything came out clean, organized, and ready to go. Another one wrapped up and on to the next! 🔧⚡️

Bathroom lighting upgrade in Newbury Park ⚡️

We removed the old MR16 fixtures that were malfunctioning, running extremely hot, and no longer working properly. We replaced them with new 4-inch LED trims in the same locations.

The new lights are brighter, more efficient, and give the bathroom a much cleaner look. Everything is working great, the customer is happy, and we’re on to the next one!

Another garage lighting upgrade completed in Camarillo! ⚡️

The existing fluorescent fixtures were improperly wired with extension cords and exposed Romex running across the ceiling. We removed all the old lighting, installed new customer-supplied surface-mounted fixtures, and routed the wiring properly through the drywall.

Everything came out clean, safe, and exactly how the customer wanted it. Now it’s ready for the drywall repairs, and we’re on to the next one!

Another clean EV charger installation completed! ⚡️

We ran two dedicated circuits from the main electrical panel to two Tesla EV chargers inside the garage. Everything was surface-mounted in conduit, allowing us to complete the installation without opening or patching any drywall—exactly how the customer requested.

Clean, professional, and ready to charge. On to the next one!

Another clean lighting upgrade completed in Newbury Park! ⚡️

We ran power from an existing source in the garage using surface-mounted MC cable and installed two customer-supplied lights—one on each side of the garage door.

The built-in photocells automatically turn the lights on when it gets dark and off when daylight returns. Everything is installed, working properly, and the customer is super happy!
