🙏🐐 Please keep our goats in your prayers. Six of them are in very bad shape right now after eating an azalea bush. 🌸 Azalea is extremely toxic to goats, and I’m praying hard that they survive. 💔

People often assume goats can eat anything, but that just isn’t true. There are several common yard plants that can be deadly, including:

🌸 Azalea
🌿 Cherry Laurel
🌺 Rhododendron
🍒 Wild Cherry leaves
⚠️ Oleander

One reason we make it a point to inspect every property before giving a quote is to check for toxic plants. I do my very best, but I can’t always catch everything. If you know you have any of these plants (or others that are toxic), please let us know so we can take steps to protect our herd. 🐐💚

Right now, my focus is on these six goats who are fighting for their lives and watching the rest of the herd closely. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers. 🙏💚
