He has been part of the industry for over 30 years, starting at the age of 12 working for his families HVAC business. He’s worked in every position from tech to installer to operations manager to GM to Owner. His real passion is people and his love to see others succeed. Keith’s notable success comes from his natural ability to grow companies and double their revenue within a years’ time. He’s accomplished this time after time by leading employees to become the very best version of themselves creating an evident passion and drive from within. He also utilizes his extensive experience with people and the industry itself in all of his training practices. Aside from developing the best techs in the nation he’s now created a universal training methodology for all service companies big and small to maximize production and ensure profitability.
