Every year we have the same conversation in August: a homeowner or a builder assumes the landscape season is winding down. It is actually the best window of the year to start.

Cooler air and warm soil are exactly what new plantings want. Roots establish without the stress of July heat, fall rains do much of the watering for us, and crews are past the peak-season crunch, which means schedules open up and projects move faster.

For builders and architects, that timing matters. A landscape installed in fall is settled and photograph-ready by the following spring, right when a spec home or a finished custom build needs to show its best. We are booking fall installs now.
