Come inside this coastal retreat 🌊

We had the pleasure of remodeling this incredible beach house for an amazing repeat client. Every detail was thoughtfully selected, from the rich natural stone and custom finishes to the colors, textures, and furnishings that bring the feeling of the ocean indoors.

Another great collaboration, and a home we’re proud to share.

Under the hood of our latest Larkspur project. We wanted to show the internal workings of the pool before they disappear. Built by the best: Element Outdoor Construction. The gunite will be shot next week, and all the mechanics will be hidden in the shell of the pool. We are excited to get it shot so we can move on to the main house foundation.

Wrapping up the exterior finishes on this beach cottage. Every material was selected with both beauty and long-term performance in mind for the coastal environment by Richard Beard Architects.
The windows and doors by Blomberg Window Systems are built to withstand the elements while maximizing views. The roof features natural zinc from elZinc, a premium material that develops a protective patina over time and can last 60+ years. The African Mahogany siding, sourced from Golden State Lumber + Showroom, adds warmth to the home.
This project is becoming a true piece of livable art.
