Wrapping up the exterior finishes on this beach cottage. Every material was selected with both beauty and long-term performance in mind for the coastal environment by Richard Beard Architects.
The windows and doors by Blomberg Window Systems are built to withstand the elements while maximizing views. The roof features natural zinc from elZinc, a premium material that develops a protective patina over time and can last 60+ years. The African Mahogany siding, sourced from Golden State Lumber + Showroom, adds warmth to the home.
This project is becoming a true piece of livable art.
