The renovation upgrades that are "worth every penny" are those that make your home safer, more efficient, and more comfortable. For example:

• heated bathroom floors
• thicker (fire-rated) drywall
• faster hot water heating
• quality v***r barrier to waterproof the basement
• natural exterior materials that last longer
• extra plumbing roughed in for future appliances

Update on our new showroom!

• We finished the tile work at the front and side entrance, weaving the tile into the hardwood floors, creating a flush transition.
• We hung all the doors and are working on installing the trim for the doors and windows.
• The bathrooms are tiled and ready for plumbing fixtures and countertops.
• The kitchenette cabinets, countertops, and backsplash are all installed.
• The back storage area has all the steel installed and is ready for shelving units.

The Franklin building we’re renovating is in the community of St. Martins, formerly Herda’s Hardware/TrueValue. Stay tuned as we continue our progress!

✔️ Structural changes
✔️ Home additions
✔️ Electrical, plumbing, or HVAC modifications

Cosmetic updates and minor repairs usually don't require a permit, but it's always best to check before your project begins.
