🍁 🍂 A little fall chill shouldn’t mean giving up your outdoor living space. The key is creating a space where people actually want to sit and stay awhile. Consider:

• Arranging comfortable seating around the fire pit to encourage conversation.
• Adding outdoor lighting to make evenings more inviting.
• Creating a patio or gathering area that feels like an extension of your home.

If your backyard isn’t working for the way you want to use it, Nehmey Construction can help you explore ways to improve your outdoor living space.

Ready for winter yet? Right now is the best time to tackle home maintenance.

Winterization Checklist:
🍁 Clean out gutters and downspouts to prevent clogs and water damage.
🏠 Inspect your roof for missing or damaged shingles.
🌬️ Check windows and doors for drafts, sealing gaps.
🔥 Have your heating system checked before the cold weather sets in.
🚰 Protect outdoor faucets and disconnect garden hoses before freezing temperatures arrive.

If inspecting your roof, windows, doors, and gutters uncovers any problems, contact Nehmey Construction for a project quote.

A few creative ideas can make your bathroom feel more organized:

• Use hooks instead of towel bars to hang more towels.
• Hang baskets from a rail above the sink for everyday essentials.
• Use turntables under the sink to make items easier to find.
• Look for ways to use overlooked space, like the back of the door.

Sometimes the problem isn't how you organize the bathroom. It's that you've outgrown the room. If it's time to remodel or expand your master suite, Nehmey Construction can help you create a space that works better for your home and your daily routine.
