Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair gutters. Work may involve any of the following: driving to pick up materials, stocking gutter truck and operating gutter machine by inputting measurements and clamping gutters together to install.

Job: EXPERIENCED ROOFER/LABORER
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: Mon-Fri, occasional Sat
Hours: 7am to 5pm (may vary due to weather, projects)

Job Description: Removing and installing roofs, siding, gutters and other misc. jobs. Other duties include stocking trucks for job, prepping a jobsite, job site cleaning, snow/water removal, etc. We work on commercial buildings and residential buildings. Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
• Ladder: Must be able to climb a ladder and not be afraid of heights
• Bending: Bend repeatedly through-out the day
• Hands/Knees: Work while on hands and knees
• Lifting: Lift 50lbs

Personality Requirements
• "CAN DO" mentality: Must always be thinking of what they can do to help out.
• Team Oriented: Must want to work with others to get the job done as soon as possible.
• Detail Oriented: Details matter to everyone, especially our customers. Must be able to do things the way you would want work done on your property.
• Go-Getter: Someone who is always wanting to learn and better themselves. We have tons of opportunities right now.

Compensation
• Hourly Rate: $12 - $20/hour depending on experience/capabilities
We always start the employee at a FAIR hourly rate and re-discuss pay based upon your skills and work ethic after 90 days
• Pay frequency: Weekly on Fridays, direct deposit is available
