She may work behind the scenes, but Sherry Vowell has played a vital role in keeping Michael Hatcher & Associates running smoothly for two decades. Today, we’re celebrating her 20th Hatcherversary!
Over the years, Sherry has served in several important administrative roles for our Commercial Maintenance, Commercial Construction, and Lawn Care divisions, as well as the former Residential Maintenance division. As one of our Lead Commercial Admins, her primary focus these days is Accounts Receivable for Commercial Maintenance for our Huntsville and Memphis locations.
“She is great at staying on top of AR,” says Memphis Branch Manager Josh Wilder, who has worked with Sherry for five years and appreciates that she also keeps a well-stocked candy dish on her desk for the entire office to enjoy.
“Sherry has always been a reliable team member who shows up and stays until the work is caught up or done,” shares Kelly Ogden, the company's Region Manager, Maintenance.
Founder Michael Hatcher agrees. “Sherry’s contributions have helped shape systems and processes that support the company’s success. Her commitment, work ethic, and team-first attitude have made her an essential part of the business.”
