We're excited to share a look at one of our latest restaurant construction projects that's a transformation of a former Aeropostale retail space at Greenwood Park Mall in the Indianapolis area into a stunning new P.F. Chang’s restaurant.

Spanning approximately 6,000 square feet, this 24-week project is entering its final stages, with just eight weeks remaining until completion.

Known for its Asian-inspired cuisine and international presence of approximately 300 restaurants across more than 20 countries, P.F. Chang’s brings a distinctive vision to every location — and this project is no exception.

From intricate custom tile installations and beautifully crafted cabinetry to striking wall graphics and artistic architectural details, every element is designed to create an immersive dining experience.

OBERWEIS Grand Opening in Edwardsville, IL.

Scott General Contracting completed its most recent OBERWEIS Dairy & Ice Cream Shop.

The new store features the new “Happiness Served Daily” brand graphics, custom millwork, digital menu boards, open ceiling concept, ice-cream design elements enhancing the overall guest experience.

Additional enhancements include detailed tile work, lighting, and handcrafted finishes throughout build out to introduce OBERWEIS’s next-generation retail concept.

Having previously completed build outs for OBERWEIS in Illinois and Indiana Scott General Contracting continues to be a proud building partner expanding this unique and ever-popular franchise brand nationally.

SCOTT General Contracting is excited to announce the completion of the first Oberweis “Scoop Shop” concept in partnership with the existing Giordano’s Pizza located in downtown Naperville, Illinois.

Approximately 600 sq. ft. the prototype represents the first rollout of the new All-In-One destination experience that pair TWO ICONIC Chicago area brands while maintaining separate Entrances, Operations, and Customer Experiences.

Although compact in size, the project required strategic coordination and seamless integration for the new Oberweis “Scoop Shop” and existing Giordano’s restaurant to presere the overall integrity of the famous Giordano’s brand.

With Naperville serving as the first completed location, another Oberweis is already underway in Edwardsville, Illinois as a 1,200 standalone ice cream store.

SCOTT General Contracting is proud to complete this exciting new pairing and look forward to the continued market expansion of these Iconic Brands in the near future.
