Welcome to Nova Lakes High School, formerly known as AAA High School.

SDC completed the large-scale civil construction and site development for our client, , on this 70-acre campus in St. Cloud. Our work included major earthwork, 620,000 cubic yards of imported fill, underground utilities, drainage systems, a lift station, retaining walls and nearly 47,000 square yards of roadway and paving.

We are proud to have helped build the foundation for one of Osceola County School District 's newest high schools.

Outstanding feedback for our Elite Estates Utilities team!

Following the final utilities walk, the project was completed with no deficiencies identified. The local utilities inspector recognized our team for its quality workmanship, accountability, professionalism and commitment to completing the work correctly the first time.

Special recognition was given to Site Superintendent Joey Bustos for his leadership, responsiveness and proactive approach throughout the project, as well as Billy and the entire punch crew for their dedication and attention to detail while working through challenging summer conditions.

We are proud of this team and the high standard they represent in the field. Congratulations on a job exceptionally well done!

Elite Estates is a 30.94-acre residential property in St. Cloud, Florida, completed for our client, Columnar.
