Here's a checklist for getting the project off the ground

1-Buget, know what you can afford and would expect for the finish

2-Study your existing layout and see if it suits your lifestyle. Flow of traffic, convenience of appliance location. Would you change anything?

3-Selection, pick a door style and color. THEN use those to match your countertops and backsplash accordingly. Don't get caught up in matching everything, just pick the most expensive (the cabinets) and make everything work with them from there.
