Do you have a wide window opening that’s hard to reach or a pain to open? A sliding window could be the answer.

Slider windows open side to side, so there’s no heavy lifting and no cranking. They work well over kitchen sinks, in bedrooms, and in any spot where a wider-than-tall window makes sense. They also give you maximum glass for a bigger, brighter view.

The best part is cleaning day. Both sashes lift in, so you never have to climb a ladder to wash the outside. 🙌

If you’ve ever driven past a house and thought, “Wow, that window makes the whole place look fancy,” there’s a decent chance you were admiring either bay windows or bow windows.

These two window styles are the curb appeal equivalent of a great haircut: they can completely change the way your home looks from the street, and they can make the inside feel brighter, bigger, and just a little more special.

It's 7 a.m. on a Saturday. You're cozy in bed. Then you hear it… the neighbor's leaf blower. 🍂😩

Several of my neighbors paid someone to come install their storm shutters before Isaiah lands tonight.

One of them said : Hey Brian, how come you aren't putting up shutters?
I said: I dont need them, my windows have impact glass. I put all my shutters on Marketplace, and got them out of the garage

Just the peace they give you, every day, being so quiet in your house, and the secure feeling you have during every thunderstorm, not just a hurricane every few years, my wife loves them more than me.

Double-hung, slider, or casement? Here's how casement windows compare 👇

🌬️ Airflow: The whole sash swings open and catches side breezes. That's more ventilation than a slider, where only half opens.

👀 Views: There's no center rail, so you get a cleaner, more open view.

🔒 Seal: Wind can push the sash tighter against the frame.

🙌 Easy to use: You turn a crank instead of lifting a sash, which is great over a kitchen sink.

The one catch is that they open outward, so they need clear space outside. 🌳
