Good Morning we will be closed today not due to snow but we have multiple staff members with no power or trees down on vehicles and houses. Sorry for the inconvenience. We will however be doing Diamond Club emergency calls. You will have to call the office and request afterhours emergency option and they will get us a message. With the threat for ice and wintery mix overnight and a drop in temps over the next several days. It is a good idea to leave bathroom and kitchen faucets dripping overnight if you feel there is a potential that the lines could freeze. Make sure that you have hot and cold water both turned on. Disconnect the garden hose from your outside hydrants (they can freeze and bust). Dont forget heat lamps in well houses etc. Just a few helpful reminders.

Note: If roads get bad there is a possibility that we may need to close or may run behind a few hours on Monday morning until we can get our guys in safely. Several of our staff members live in very rural areas. If we do feel the need to close we still have an emergency answering service option when you call the office. Calls will be taken for our Diamond Club members with emergencies however keep in mind we will more than likely have multiple calls. We will start a list as calls are taken and will work through that list as timely as we possibly can. Thank you for your patience and everyone stay safe.

Hope everyone had a Blessed Thanksgiving Holiday. Keep in mind with the drop in temperatures there are increased risk for frozen water lines or drain lines that are exposed to the elements. We have technicians that are on call 24/7 however being prepared can prevent the need for an after hours service call. Here are just a few suggestions that could help you out.
