In honor of National Women in Construction Week, we’re proud to recognize the women behind our family business.
Our company was founded in 2013 from the inside of our family home. With over 25 years of roofing experience, our founder, David brought the industry knowledge that helped build the foundation of the company. But behind the scenes, Jennifer has been the one keeping everything running.
As the owner, Jennifer manages the books, handles payroll, and works closely with vendors to keep operations moving every day. Her organization, leadership, and dedication have helped turn a small home office operation into a growing family business.
The women of the family continue to play a big role in the company today. Allie helps manage the books and works with contractors, while Audi focuses on social media and marketing to help the company grow and connect with the community.
Construction may traditionally be a male dominated industry, but women continue to play a vital role behind the scenes and in the future of the field. We’re proud to be a family business where strong women help build the foundation of everything we do.
