Bergenia is a lower to mid growing perennial (8 to 16" tall) that has bright flowers clustered on stems that rise above shiny leaves. Those leaves give them the nickname "Pigsqueak", because when you rub them between your finger and thumb, they sound like a pig's snort. The leaves are thick enough that they are not bruised by playing the plant. We have three varieties right now: Winter Glow, Early Brilliance 'Magenta', and Peppermint Patty. Prices range from $13.99 to $23.99.... but they are 30% off this week, so come and get one (or two... or three) before they are all gone for the season!

Current Hours:
Monday-Friday: 9 to 5
Saturday: 9 to 4
Sunday: 11 to 4

Do not speed, but hurry up and get out to Cedar River Garden Center! Our remaining herbs are free! You can put them into a pot outside to let nature do with it what it will.... or you can put them in smaller pots that you can bring in for the winter. That way you can enjoy fresh basil, stevia, fennel, cilantro, etc. for cooking or just walking by! But they won't last long..... They want to come home with you!

Current Hours:

Saturday: 9 am to 4 pm
