In 1984, Dennis Patrylo started Forza with a straightforward belief: do the work right, hold the standard, and the clients will come back.

Four decades later, his approach is still how we operate. The trades are self-perform. The process runs the same way regardless of project size. The standard does not flex based on timeline pressure or budget stress.

Every lift starts with a load calculation and a rigging plan. The assembly sequence is engineered before the first piece leaves the ground because the order steel goes up determines how the frame stabilizes at each stage.

At Forza, our licensed electricians and engineers work under the same contract, keeping design and installation in continuous coordination from start to finish. That structure prevents the field problems that separate contracts typically produce.

At MetalTech, every component is selected to specification, cut and formed to exact tolerances, and finished according to the method required by the project. The decisions made on the shop floor are what make the installation right in the field.

Before any project begins, a Job Hazard Analysis identifies what our crews are walking into. Supervisors have the authority to stop work when conditions change and use it. Near-misses get reported and reviewed the same way incidents do.

This month, we’re highlighting Jenny Simmonds, our Social Media Associate! 👏

Jenny brings more than 25 years of nonprofit experience and a passion for strategy, employee engagement, leadership development, and team building to Forza.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, mountain biking, weightlifting, pickleball, and stunt kite flying. She’s also a proud mom of five and recently celebrated 29 years of marriage!

One of her most memorable adventures was living in China for seven years, where she learned “survival Mandarin” and embraced the local culture and experiences along the way.

We’re grateful to have Jenny on the Forza team and appreciate all she brings to our workplace each day!
