MEET THE TEAM: KATIE BONKOSKI ✨

This month, we’re introducing you to Katie, our Office Manager! With 11.5 years at Aspen Homes, Katie is an integral part of our team and plays an important role in helping our clients navigate the homebuilding process.

From partnering with your lender and managing construction draws to guiding you through those final steps before getting the keys to your new home, Katie helps keep the process moving smoothly 🔑

When asked what she loves most about her role, her answer says it all: being part of a strong, dedicated team that delivers excellence. 🤍

And of course, we had to ask about her favorite design feature. Her answer? The messy kitchen—a pretty rad, genius concept that gives homeowners a little more flexibility in everyday life!

Her favorite quote is a great reminder to keep things in perspective:

📸 “Life is like a camera. Focus on the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don’t work out, take another shot.”

We’re grateful for the dedication, organization, and care Katie brings to Aspen Homes and to every client she helps along the way!
