Big thank you to Gina Perego, our amazing interior designer, for treating us to delicious Breadsmith breads for our team to enjoy! 🥖 We’re lucky to have someone who brings a little taste of Breadsmith into the office, and it got us thinking about how much our two businesses have in common.

Since 1993, Breadsmith has been making artisan bread the traditional way, by hand and without additives or preservatives. Their dough is mixed and shaped by hand, then baked in a large stone hearth oven that’s imported from Italy. There’s a lot of time and attention that goes into each loaf.

We feel the same way about remodeling. The details matter, and taking the time to do something correctly from the beginning makes a difference in how the finished project looks, feels, and holds up over time. If you haven’t stopped in before, go check them out and grab a loaf for yourself!

One thing we talk about with clients early in the remodeling process is just how many decisions there are to make.

Depending on the size of the project, you could be making anywhere from 50 to 500 decisions throughout the process.

And it goes way beyond choosing your cabinets or paint color. You’re deciding where outlets should go, which hardware finish to use, where light switches should be placed, what type of grout you want, how deep a shelf should be, and plenty of other details along the way.

That’s one of the reasons our team is involved throughout the entire process. We help you work through those decisions, answer questions, and make sure the details come together the way you want them to.

The upstairs and downstairs fireplaces each bring their own character to the home, creating warm focal points that make both living spaces feel inviting. According to The State of the Nation's Housing 2026:

âś” Existing home sales remain low as many homeowners are holding onto their low mortgage rates.

The kitchen is one of the first spaces people notice, and this one is turning out beautifully!

The custom island anchors the room, surrounded by sage green and beige cabinetry, quartz countertop and full-height backsplash, warm wood and gold accents, and statement lighting that ties everything together. Every finish was carefully selected to create a space that feels bright, inviting, and built for everyday living.
