Today marks a major milestone in the history of BFZ Electric as Rob Cestero, Vice President, and Steve Beebe, Operations Manager, officially become true equity partners alongside founder Brian Zadrozny.
Since 2004, we’ve stayed true to the values that built BFZ: We Care. We See Challenges as Opportunities. We Work with Energy & Commitment. Rob and Steve don’t just have those core values, they bleed them. With our mission statement of “Empowering Electricians” and our number one rule to “always support the craftsmen in the field” we find bringing true business ownership to them is only fitting.
This is about recognizing two leaders who have helped build BFZ, from pulling wire to running crews and now leading the organization. They’ve put in the work, solved problems, led our team, and helped drive the growth that brought us here.
This is only the first step in a long-term plan to create more ownership opportunities for the people helping build this company. As BFZ grows, we want our team to have the opportunity to grow with it and the challenge to own a piece of it. That’s how we build a stronger future for BFZ, our clients, and the partners who count on us every day.
