cility is located on five acres with over 40,000 square feet of enclosed manufacturing area. Our manufacturing process includes robotic welding, water jet precision cuts, plus full assembly and testing completed 100% in house. This allows GNC to keep the highest quality control possible while minimizing lead times. To support our vast manufacturing capabilities, GNC keeps a large amount of inventory on hand which allows us to build a custom unit within just a few days, or do a production run of 100+ within 10 business days. In 2015, GNC’s average lead time from order entry to shipping was the fastest in the industry. Plus, GNC is centrally located in Arkansas, which enables us to ship anywhere within the United States in a timely and cost effective manner.
