Just a couple of shout outs from Lauren and Blaine:

First, we want to thank our customers at Sunny Creek Trading Post for being such an amazing group to work for! You all were super kind, patient, and caring. Thanks for making our job more enjoyable. Also, thanks for the extra goodies you sent home with Blaine. The bread was most delicious! ;) I will be stopping by soon.. (Lauren)

“Flushable” Isn’t Flushable!
Products labeled as “flushable wipes” may seem convenient—but they can cause serious and costly problems.
Unlike toilet paper, these wipes do not break down properly in the sewer system. Instead, they can clog pipes, damage pumps, and contribute to sewer backups. These issues don’t just affect the City’s infrastructure—they can also impact your home, leading to plumbing damage or even sewage backing up into your house.
Nationwide, so-called “flushable” wipes are responsible for up to $1 billion in damages each year.
When sewer systems fail, repairs and cleanup are expensive. Lawsuits and infrastructure repairs don’t come out of thin air—they are ultimately paid by you, the customer, through higher utility rates.
The solution is simple:
Only flush the 3 P’s — P*e, Poo, and (toilet) Paper.
Everything else, including wipes (even “flushable” ones), should go in the trash.
Help us protect your home, your neighborhood, and our community’s infrastructure.

Had a nice "Take your wife to work" day Monday! I figured it's good to have a field day to understand the behind the scenes work of our company and it definitely gave me even more appreciation for the hard work my husband does! Although it was nice to help him out and be with him all day, I sure am glad to be a full time office lady. Do not be fooled by the pics of the day, I did get my hands dirty lol, just didn't take the time to get my own pics bc he was busy teaching and I was...well, dirty!
